The second full length release from Todd Stapleton is the dark and haunting series of recordings titled Spectre. Recorded over a period of four years, Spectre assaults the senses with the compositional focus placed on exploring the space between sound and silence, and between tension and tranquility. Three tracks exploring the textures of processed electronics and piano form layers of sonic elements which gradually come together and slowly fall apart into an ambient abyss of chaotic beauty and form.
